This morning I’m daydreaming about the breakfast I can’t currently have. So I’ll make you daydream with me. Let’s ruminate over the morning meal, shall we?

Using a mirror as a storytelling device is hardly a new idea. But when was the last time you wrote a mirror into your work? This week let’s—ahem—reflect on the object (yes, I know, that was pretty terrible), and then write some words. Go!

The Duane Michals photograph below is the inspiration for this week’s Three Things. What’s more thought-provoking than a mysteriously abandoned glove? Well, how about two gloved hands opening a darkened window?
This week, let’s write about some gloves.
