Three Things: The Bison Bison Edition

Did you know that the Latin name for what many people refer to as the American Buffalo, is Bison bison? Well, now you do. Did you also know that there is in fact a subspecies of Bison bison called — wait for it — Bison bison bison? And, oh man, I guess now I have no choice but to also nod to the unrelated-yet-somehow-pertinent and ever-so-punctilious sentence, “Buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo.”

This week, let’s spend some time with Bison bison.*
